The FDON is a strategically placed department within the Ministry of Health (MOH) and accepts the mission, vision, and value statements of the MOH. The Department also takes careful cognizance of the Codes of Conduct, scope of practice and strategic goals as formulated by the MOH, Departments within the MOH, the Department itself and the respective Sections/ Unit(s)/ Office(s) of the Department. Nursing Management Information System (NMIS) provides the following e-Services:

License Registration for Nurse/Midwifery
Renewal of License Registration for Nurse/Midwifery
Verification of Registration.
Equivalence Certification.
Update Continuous education information.
Allow Nurse/Midwifery who works inside or outside the country to apply for these services electronically.

Note: The service requires user to register once and upload all documents and information, which would be secured by unique ID and Password.

Appointment System:

The appointment system service provides an easy and arranged way to visit the Department of Nursing / Registration section for inquire and completing the registration process, Screening Files after Exam clearance, Registration Renewal and other inquiries and business.
